How does the Royalty fee work?

How does the Royalty fee work?

Each invoice amount is calculated by number of sessions per year multiplied by 'student price’ and then divided by 12 months (so you will still pay a royalty fee in August)

PAYMENTS DUE MUST BE UP TO DATE BY 12 MIDNIGHT ON THE LAST DAY OF THE MONTH, OTHERWISE YOU WILL PAY ROYALTY ON FEES NOT COLLECTED

On the first day of the month, your monthly royalty fee is automatically calculated from student invoices either ‘marked as paid’ or left outstanding in the payments due tab from the previous month. These will have turned red and cannot be altered. You WILL be charged royalty on these outstanding payments, so keep these up to date.

On the 1st of the month, a royalty invoice will be automatically emailed to you based on these figures.

Invoices from head office must be paid by the 12th of each month, failure to do so may incur a late payment charge.

If you have invoices that have turned red that need to be deleted due to non payment, please contact Sam
on sam.fry@therockproject.com stating the invoice number.
